Position: Production Coordinator / Controller
Location: San Luis Obispo
Rate: hourly DOE
Job Type: Full Time
AP Logic is looking for a Production Coordinator / Project Controller. The role of this position is to support all project/program delivery through maintaining team scheduling, maintaining project financial's and support team members.
Day to day tasks include:
- Manage schedule of production staff
- Maintain financial operations of the company (including payroll and employee reimbursements)
- Invoice completed projects
- Maintain production scheduling
Required skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
- Experience with managing people
- Detail Oriented
- Goal and task-motivated
- Team Player
Pluses:
- Experience with Project Management tool (i.e. MS Project, MS Central, PM Office, etc.)
- Experience managing technical projects. (Having former Project Management experience in a .NET environment is a major plus)
Position: Creative Graphic/Web Designer
Location: San Luis Obispo
Rate: 15/hr - 20/hr DOE
Job Type: Full Time
AP Logic is looking for a Creative Graphic/Web Designer. The role of this creative position is to design, develop corporate website and ecommerce websites and to support the executive creative team.
The ideal candidate:
- Highly creative
- Responsibilities include conceptualizing, creating, producing and extending the overall brand and design direction to support the organization strategies and goals.
- Trend savvy and continually researching the marketing trends within web development
Required skills:
- Experience in graphic design, page layout, and web design
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn it into a reality
- Ability to take directions and ask for assistance when needed
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Pluses:
- Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS knowledge
- Desire to learn HTML/CSS
