Jim Ratichek President/CEO

Jim founded and has led AP Logic since its inception in 2003. A “pragmatic dreamer”, Jim believes that people are most fulfilled when they are given independence to think and create, yet must live with the outcome of their decisions.

Jim’s passion for systems is evident in his leadership at AP Logic – he enjoys effective organizations of people, technical systems, almost anything that requires synthesizing information in a big picture context.

Outside of the office, Jim enjoys aviation, science and the outdoors. Bitten by the business bug early in life and learning to fly at age 17, Jim is active in mentoring pilots and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Ken VigilVice President, UI & Architecture

With an insatiable curiosity and an uncanny knack for seeing applications for new technologies, Ken combines the best attributes of a dreamer with a perfectionist. As one of the company’s founders and directors, Ken's job is to help guide the future of user interface design and development on the web.

Ken's attention to each detail and his laser-focus on the major objectives makes him ideally suited to this role. Ken resides on the central coast with his wife and daughters and plays soccer when he’s not investigating a new scheme for world information domination.

Christion RichertVice-President, Engineering

Exceptional in discipline, brilliant in planning, and a gifted communicator, Christion is responsible for setting the direction of AP Logic's engineering efforts. His latest challenge is the creation of tools that enable rapid deployment of content across multiple platforms and form factors such as mobile devices.

Christion’s role requires continual balance all the competing technical requirements while maintaining a constant grasp of the big picture objectives for both AP Logic and our clients. Christion lives in San Luis Obispo, where he graduated from Cal Poly and now enjoys photography, hiking and playing softball with his wife Megan and their friends.
