Jim Ratichek President
Jim's passion is seeing great things arise from small, humble origins. One of AP Logic's founders, Jim works to help people find and develop their unique gifts and strengths. Addressing a developer's greatest challenge, Jim strives to balance creativity with process and routine for the right combination of innovation and reliability. For relaxation, Jim enjoys outdoor exercise, flying and exploring throughout the beautiful west coast.
Christion RichertDirector, Engineering
Exceptional in his discipline, brilliant in his planning and able to balance details with big-picture goals, Christion has been with AP Logic since 2003 and architected our most significant web development projects. Outside the office, Christion’s hobbies include photography, hiking, softball and exploring/traveling with friends.

With an insatiable curiosity, and an uncanny knack for figuring out new implementations, Ken combines the best attributes of a dreamer with the perfectionism that allows him to figure out not only how in interface should look but also how it should work!
