The Client:

TeamRelate, a personality-assessment and conflict-resolution SaaS Startup

The Story:

TeamRelate, originally known as Worktraits, was a product envisioned by an AP Logic startup client as a tool to help analyze and prevent workplace conflict. In response to our client’s request, AP Logic built a ground-up SaaS product which not only provided new personality profiling tools, but team management and conflict resolution as well.

As the fledgling startup grew, Ted Malley joined the business and as CEO and led TeamRelate a successful acquisition by Ceridian, a global human capital management cloud technology company. AP Logic helped Ceridian integrate the TeamRelate product into Dayforce HCM, it’s award-winning HCM product.

Ted now leads Ceridian’s customer success organization as Chief Customer Officer and AP Logic provides occasional engineering support as needed.

Following AP Logic’s design and build-out of TeamRelate’s core product, they also provided key support during and after our sale to Ceridian and subsequent enterprise integration project.
