Helping students reach their maximum potential in school through in-home tutoring is the job of David Serwitz and the dedicated team at Grade Potential.
Grade Potential's success is the result of painstakingly evaluating each client’s needs, which begins with careful note-taking from the very first phone call, through matching them to a tutor and monitoring client progress. However, this process is time-consuming, and the process needed to be very fast and reliable. In order to more respond more quickly and accurately, while growing the number of tutors and clients, Grade Potential and AP Logic have teamed together to document workflow and automate processes, managing all daily interactions with the clients and tutors, and matching clients with tutors for the best possible outcomes.
Result:
AP Logic and Grade Potential have worked together over the past 12 months, designing and developing a web application which automates sales & support processes and tracks all client information. This has resulted in faster sales, improved compatibility between tutors and students, and easier tracking of workflow. AP Logic and Grade Potential are continuing their development partnership.

Challenge:
Precision Insights' behavioral benchmarking website, Worktraits.com was designed from scratch from a business concept creation of Dr. Mark Vickers.
As an all-new service concept, Worktraits required AP Logic to help develop everything from the service-level offerings and revenue model to the website user interface and engineering.
Result:
AP Logic launched a prototype website application within 9 months of initially meeting the client. This was followed by one year of market research and information gathering, and now a planned final release for Worktraits in October, 2009.
Client feedback over the last year has proved both the viability of Dr. Vickers' concept and the exceptional execution of AP Logic’s development team.
Cal Poly State UniversityEl Corral Bookstore eCommerce Web Application.
Challenge:
Cal Poly's El Corral Bookstore is a 6-year client of AP Logic. The bookstore supplies textbooks, supplies and merchandise to students, alumni, faculty and staff.
The Cal Poly bookstore recently began their second complete website design with a clean-sheet approach. Requirements include strict Section 508 ADA compatibility, integration with the "mycalpoly" university portal, and new eCommerce controls for cross-selling, up-selling and advanced product placement.
Result:

IMC's Development team sought a qualified partner to develop the user interface for their B2B auto-parts web catalog which required a complete redesign to Web2.0 standards. IMC's customers demanded speed, personalizable features, cross-reference capabilities and flexibility all in a readable user interface that would allow for shorter times-to-order.
